Having used many other gym log and workout tracking apps myself, I couldn't help but notice how many of them are missing what is arguably the most important feature: setting a personal goal and working toward it.
With our app, users will simply enter their current fitness level, the goals they would like to achieve, and how often they are able to work out. From there, the app takes the place of a traditional fitness coach. It eliminates any guesswork by laying down a straightforward path to follow from the first day in the gym.
RepAdvisor calculates the necessary exercise sessions required to meet the user's desired goals and guides them through each workout session. It also provides a visual summary of the user's progress over time and a graph of both past and projected advancements.
